To all VPS Customers
DirectSpace Networks is committed to providing our customers with clean well running systems. With that said, it has come to our attention that many users have been hosting material that they do not hold a copyright to or have written permission to use. Because of this, DirectSpace has no other option but to take a hard line approach and clean our servers up of any material that is not the rightful property of the VPS owner. With understanding, we will give all users until the 20th of January 2011 the ability to take any infringed content off our nodes. Any content left on a node beyond the 20th will be in strict violation of our AUP and the account will become terminated with no refunds.
We ask for everyone’s cooperation. In doing so, we will be able to provide faster and more reliable services to all our users.
