We’ve been staying busy around here with the implementation of our new cloud VPS service, dsCloud. We know that the term “CLOUD†has been used in many different ways and its definition has become quite confusing to the ordinary user.
Because of this, we’ve decided to design a cloud service that makes sense to our customers. We’ve focused on the basics, reliability and speed. With that said, DirectSpace also achieved its goal of making the customers administration experience as simple as working with an ordinary VPS.
Reliability was also a major focus point. We’ve implemented network RAID-10 fiber storage, hardware based failover, and most of all dedicated resources to each VPS.
As of now, we’ve deployed our dsCloud as a Windows only service. You can choose from Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008 R2 and Windows 7. We are hoping to integrate Linux based dsCloud services within the near future as well.
We look forward to answering any questions.
